\u00a0Una espalda debil se lesiona mas facil que una espalda fuerte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2. <strong>Mantener buena postura<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Hay que mantener una buena postura para tener equilibrio entre los musculos en frente del cuerpo y los musculos atras. \u00a0Cuando hay desequilibrio comienzan los dolores y pueden causar problemas a largo paso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3. <strong>Planear antes de levantar objetos pesados<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Al levantar objetos pesados, hay que recordar que tienes que usar tus piernas no tu espalda al comienzo del movimiento. \u00a0Tambien mantiene el peso cerca de tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4. <strong>Perder peso<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El aumento de peso afecta la espalda directamente. \u00a0No solo pones mas presion en los discos de la espalda pero si tienes una barriga grande, los musculos de la espalda tienen que trabajar mas para mantener una postura correcta.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px; height: 0px;
